OEA are currently looking for an Electrical tutor to join our vibrant and friendly team. The role involves delivering vocational training and assessments to a varied group of students. This position would be ideal for a qualified electrician who is looking to come off the tools, or someone already working as an electrical tutor, that is looking for a change.

The position is full time. Experience is desired however full training will be given.

Essential Key skills must include:

• Fully qualified domestic Level 3 Electrician with a minimum of 5 years industry experience.
• Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Good Level of English, Maths & ICT.
• Willing to attend Staff Training Courses.
• Able to manage their own time effectively.
• Able to work well as part of a small team.

Desirable Skills:

• Qualified Assessor – Full training will be given if required.
• Qualified teacher – Full training will be given if required.
• 18^th Edition and Inspect and Test qualifications.

Job Title: Water Hygiene Technician

Location: Various

Brief:
Envirocloud are looking for a proactive Water Hygiene Technician to join our industry leading team working within the public and private healthcare sectors across the UK and Ireland. Envirocloud have been at the cutting edge of research, development and controlling waterborne pathogens for over 10 years, co-authoring British Standards, and developing pioneering techniques within the water hygiene industry.
Using your experience of completing Water Hygiene PPM tasks, aseptic sampling techniques and plumbing skills, you will assist us in delivering exceptional services to protect our many clients.
Knowledge of the current legislation, guidance and British Standards for water hygiene is key to perform your duties to the high standard our clients expect. You will be joining our nationwide, high-skilled team primarily to aid the collection of water samples in line with BS7592:2022 and delivering them to UKAS accredited laboratories. You will also be regularly involved in PPM tasks including (but not limited to) TMV/TMT servicing, cold water storage tank cleans and disinfections, installation/servicing of specialised drinking water dispensers within public and private healthcare settings.

Candidate Requirements:
• Water Hygiene PPM and sampling experience, using aseptic techniques in line with BS7592:2022, HSG 274 and HTM 04-01.
• Plumbing experience.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Presentable, methodical, and having excellent attention to detail whilst being capable of independent working or working as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, professional attitude, skilled in building rapport with customers.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel.

Trainee/Junior Plumbing & Heating Mechanical Estimator

Anders Heating Company are looking for a Junior/Trainee Estimator to join our friendly, vibrant team in our offices in Postcombe Nr Thame.

You will be required to work closely with other members within the team.

For the Intermediate position, it would be an advantage for candidates to have a good understanding of Plumbing and Heating services and confidence when answering and talking with clients on the telephone.

The duties of the role would be:

• Estimating of plumbing and heating packages for all types of developments.
• Assisting with the design of projects
• Raising enquiries to subcontractors in order to price enquiries
• Obtaining tenders from new and old clients with assistance from the estimating team.
• Generally assisting with estimating duties i.e., Printing of tender documents, assist with take offs & following up on the submission of the tender with the client.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Full UK driving licence/transport.
• Good computer skills essential.
• Be a good communicator and ability to work will in a team.
• Be confident in managing time scales and deadlines.
• Microsoft Office suite an advantage.
• Past plumbing experience would be an advantage.
